Wooden Rose Institute is a medical and research facility whose main goal is to treat the abnormal side effects of drugs caused to meta-humans stemming form their various alterations.
Wooden Rose is a hospital that identifies any abnormal side effects caused by a persons mutation or the like. People usually fall into one of two categories for treatment. First is the kind of treatment that doesn't require long term research. These people are usually on short term or single use drugs and the problems aren't severe or life threatening. The Second group are those that require full research from the start. This group usually consists of people on medication they have to take for any extended period of time but can be for people who regularly take a drug that has an abnormal side effect caused by alterations. While not the main focus of Wooden Rose, they can provide a safe detox area for those with abnormal reactions to illegal drug caused from alterations.
Full research can be requested at any time. This requires various medical tests with on site power and drugs tests. Research usually takes anywhere from a couple of months to years depending on the person. While some problems my be found early on, a full research on a person can find most of the problems that person might have. The cost of everything is quite low do to various charitable spending excess cash to cover some of the expenses.
Wooden Rose is located in Galaxy City and is open from 6 am to 10 pm. This includes the main hospital, research facility, and main access to the dorms (the dorms are for patients and certain staff that don't live close enough to travel to there everyday). There is also a 24/7 emergency staff with powers that range from being able to hold off effects until further help can be offered to being able to stop that current attack.

Leo Nash, Main emergency night staff member and has the power to put people in stasis until further help can arrive.

Roger Bixby, Receptionist usually seen when entering the main entrance.
