The Merciless Dogs
The Dogs, as they are known around the Isles are a loose collection of outcasts, down and outs and do gooders. They are little more than a street gang that's trying to keep order. They have a small section of Mercy Island they they claim as 'turf', and have managed, through luck more often than not, to hold this patch of land and keep all other influences out. Skulls and Hellions constantly try to muscle their way into the area, only to get forced out by the Dog's seemingly well timed arrival..
They don't see themselves as heroes, they're just trying to keep the neighborhood they grew up in safe. The leader if this motley band is a man named Sebastian Creek, a war survivor that has a knack for small group operations, he has no super powers and relies on his training and skills to survive.
Samantha Creek, Sebastian's younger sister, keeps the gang running.. she's the talker of the group, her telepathic powers help her get to the root of a problem right away, and her telekinetic powers serve as powerful backing should something go wrong. She's the logistic support for everything, finding ways to keep everyone fed and clothed, despite the conditions Arachnos seems to leave them in.
The actual composition of the Dogs vary almost day to day, as any battle is bound to have casualties. they do have a small group of super powered members, although these are hardly note worthy figures on their own.
Jack Ringo, alias Rounder, possesses class D super strength, which means he is marginally stronger than an enhanced human. he's just strong enough to be called super. his skill lies in his boxing background. any fighter that can break brick walls is dangerous indeed. couple that with Sebastian's leadership and he's a threat for most anyone
Tang We, possesses a rare mutation that allows him to manipulate electrical currents, his training never got farther than random experiments, so his full power levels are impossible to gage. the real down fall is that he can only manipulate a current, not create one. he carries a small pack with him most of the time, it can be uses to create a Minor current for him to use, although it's power is hardly capable to sustain in a protracted fight
