What is he building in there? (OPEN to Quad 10 or PM reques)

Centaurian moved quietly enough into Quad 10. He took the remaining bed with no complaint as to it’s location in the room. He has a small foot locker which he keeps under the bed with his few personal possessions. On his desk you can find art supplies, and electronics soldering equipment. Cent is fairly neat for a boy and his desk is organized and the only place he leaves stray clothing is draped over his chair. Recently however he brought in a green metal cabinet. It stands about seven feet tall, is about four feet wide and 18 inches deep. He has placed it at the foot of his bed, so it actually doesn’t take up much room. He didn’t ask anyone if they minded, and he hasn’t said a word about it. The cabinet is locked and has card on it saying “caution do not open”.
