(Friday Aug. 18 and a IC reason for Eshva's disaperance!)
Eshva’s red eyes glanced at her to do list for her patrolling for this Friday and quirked an eyebrow up as she read the first thing on her list. Investigate a break and enter a residential house in Atlas?? The PPD must be getting lazy. Folding up the paper she slipped in the specially designed pocket on her back were she kept her journal for safe keeping, she launched her self on her way with a mighty jump. Her red eyes focused on the street names as she soared several hundreds of yards above them. There it is! Eshva allowed her self to fall at the end of the street. Her eyes went wide as she felt a case of Deus a vu. It was like a memory she didn’t remember had flashed before her eyes, of watching a one year old tot with brown hair running front of her eyes. Eshva shrugged the feeling off with a shake of her head and reached for the paper to look at it again. I want number 73. Looking around Eshva made her way up the street. She stopped in her tracks at one house as her jaw dropped. Not here… oh my
Her eyes fell upon a blue house with white pillars, a green grassy yard were tigger lilies littered along with many other flowers in a garden just below the bay window, a poplar tree also decorated the front yard and a brassy numbers bore into her eyes 73. It’s home… A replay of memories flooded her brain from her childhood, ones she thought weren’t even there. Playing in that front yard climbing the tree, a family picnic with the family and new baby coming home. Eshva took a step back in shock and raised her hand to her head. I can’t go in there! No way! Notta chance! Oh God… Why are you doing this to me! Eshva slumped down on the curb. The past that she had been avoiding was sitting there staring her right in her face. Her parent’s house seemed to grow in size and cast a dark shadow over the 17 year old girl. The very place that out casted her had some how manage to call her back to yet again pull at the strings of her heart. Eshva looked back and bit on her finger. It seemed almost on cue the door opened and carefully a black haired woman peered her head out a set of glasses rested on the slender woman’s face.
“Eshva Dybbuk??”
The gentle voice caused Eshva to sit up in alarment. That voice which she not heard in 7 years of her life struck her right in the heart. Fears ran threw her head as she stood up to face her mother and hold back the tears that wanted to water threw her eyes.
“Yes… I.. I am.”
“Please hurry. Come in.”
Her mother motioned her hand with an urgent meaning behind it. Eshva walked up the sidewalk with a bit of hesitance and stopped at the door before her mother grabbed her hand and pulled her in to the house almost dragging the girl. The door whirled shut behind her and Eshva stiffened as seemly out of no where her mother of instinct wrapped her arms around Eshva for a hug.

Dearest Heavenly Father;
I know your awfully busy right now,
But all I ask is for one small thing now,
Please Heavenly Father,
Please take care of my friends at this time.

Eshva stiffened, her eyes widened in shock as the mother that out casted her drew back from the purpled haired girl with water in her eyes. The woman’s lips held such a bright smile brighten even more by the light shade of red lipstick that covered them. Thoughts whirled threw Eshva’s mind. Does she know? Did she recognize me? Why did she just hug me! They threw out Mila not that long ago.. There’s no way she’d accept me now. What the heck is going on!Her mother stood there seemingly studying the girl with similar brown eyes that Eshva once had. Her mother hadn’t changed very much over the past 7 years, only a few worry and laugh lines wrinkled her face. Eshva took in a breath and spoke.
“There was… no break in was there…”
Her mother froze and smiled.
“No. I should have known I couldn’t fool a being like you. I had to see… I had to see if you were the body of our daughter that you stole. Is Rose still in there? Is she the reason you do such good for the city?”
Eshva’s heart beat faster and water came to her eyes. She still believes that..
A sigh escaped her lips as the memory flooded her mind that night she was kicked out. She almost felt her father would walk in any moment and try and shoot her with his shoot gun again.
“It’s me mom…It has always been me..”
“Don’t pull at me like that Eshva, let me talk to Rose.. I just want my Rose and Sarah back.. All Dale and I wanted was to have children to raise not this… not to have them both stolen from us! This wasn’t part of the deal..”
Her mother stood there stammering for a moment before falling to her knee’s crying. The words stunned Eshva. She couldn’t move to help her mother; she couldn’t breath, couldn’t talk and couldn’t think. Moments passed and Eshva regained control of her body and knelt down beside her mom and rested a hand on her shoulder.
“What deal?”
“Like you don’t know!”
Her mom threw her hands up and swatted Eshva’s hand away. Her brown eyes filled with hate narrowed at the Eshva as she backed up.
“You really don’t know do you? I guess you didn’t get all the details either… Not surprising considering your master.. Well let me tell you then.. I was told I would never have children.. Ever I would die. I wanted some so bad that when your father met me and we were dating for years and thinking of getting married. He made an agreement with something.. He never did tell me.. So that I could have a child but it must have been something he came back a little different..”
Eshva’s head spun and she felt her knees weaken. Did father make a deal with the devil? Is my looks punishment for their foolishness? Just so I could breath? Is there a part of me that really comes from hell? Eshva raised a hand to her head, she wanted answers some how she was going to get them. Her mother began to cry as she held herself and Eshva offered a hand
“Let me help you up. Please.. I wanted to know more. I want to prove to you that I’m not just a demon…You must think that or you wouldn’t have invited me here.”
Her mother smiled weakly and with a nod she extended her hand to accept Eshva’s hand. Relaxing Eshva let a smile on to her lips only to have it wiped it away from her face as the door behind her mother was opened and the distasting sound of a leather brief case hitting the floor rang loudly in her ears. Her eyes fell upon the strong brown haired executive that was her father. He looked just as Eshva remebered him. Nothing seemed to have changed about him asides a few strands of sliver hair.
“Daddy…”
Eshva’s voice came out so soft and child like that her mothers face paled as she spun around to greet her husband only to be returned with cold eyes blue eyes.
“Jamie… What are you doing??”
His voice was cold and stern as he bent down to pick up his brief case again. Jamie stammered.
“ I fell… and.. and this lovely hero came to pick me up.”
“Do you think I’m stupid Jamie. I know who this is. She’s the only hero you keep a scrap book of articles on. You’re foolish to think Rose is still there..”
Eshva’s eyes fell to her father’s feet which just shifted in to a calm stance she’d seen Crono do a few times. With an impressive speed Dale launched a swift kick at Eshva. Eshva ducked to the side dodging the kick however she was too slow to notice the whirling speed the brief case which struck her back of her skull. Her mothers shouts in the background to stop her husband from the attack To Eshva’s surprise the blow caused her to loose balance and a she lost focus. Trying to take a few steps Eshva fell over into a lamp on a table breaking them both. Not a clue where her mother or father was she tried to stand up. Shouts continued from behind her as another blow was delivered to her head and she fell back down. Bits of broken lamp dug into skin sticking to her as she healed around the bits of ceramic. Again Eshva tried to rise to her feet once more turning her head to look up at her father.
“Dad …Stop!”
A piece of lamp was forced out of her check as she spoke. Standing above his daughter he shoved a cloth upon her mouth and nose. She managed to make eye contact with him. She slowly lost focus and blackness slowly forced her eyes shut, but her eyes manage to catch something out of the ordinary as his eyes stood out..
My dad’s eyes… they’re….. yellow..

Sunbeams beamed threw the basement widows. Eshva’s eyes fluttered open and she swayed her head to view musty wooden beams with shelving, stack boxes and dust specks floating in the air. The room was unfamiliar to her, she attempted to slip a hand to her head to help her focus but found it bound to a pull. Surprised she looked to discover her legs were even bound with chain and locks. Laying on her back she lifted her legs and to her surprise when she tried to release her claws 3 little stubs shot out of one hand. Her eyes widened with alarment as she shot her head to the other side of the room.
Surgeon’s tools lay on a wheeled table in a random places and at the end of the table was a metallic basin with a 6 blood crusted objects sticking out. Eshva frowned. A noise from above indicated that there was still someone in the house. Deciding to remain quite was her best action Eshva lowered her legs and looked around for something to help her escape. The sounds of foot steps carried on above and Eshva listened carefully.
The Surgeon’s tray was too far she hoped there might be something in box. Quitely she shuffled closer to the boxes and keeping time she kicked a box over as a foot thud sounded. The photo albums spilt out of the box onto the floor. Many of them flew open as they skidded in front of her. Curious Eshva peered at the closest bunch of photos using her legs to bring the photos closers. Two teens stood side by side holding hands on what Eshva could make out was Spankies Boardwalk in Talos. She could spot out her father right away. He hardly looked any different then she just saw him, nothing about the face was different, the body was more muscular as he stood their proud with a grin on his face. The woman beside him she didn’t recognize as well but she was sure it was her mom. Eshva almost felt like she was looking at her self but with out the horns, purple hair and red eyes. Her mom was so pretty Eshva smiled but her eyes caught something. Something that not just anyone would see, but some one who was use to looking for detail would be able to spot, but Eshva swore there was a tail under that one piece swimsuit. Could mother actually have a tail? Does she have powers? Eshva remembered her Dad. His yellow glare imprinted into her mind. What’s going on here.. Eshva flipped threw the photo album and the a sound of a door opening. Some one was coming down.
A slender leg stepped into Eshva’s view and then another. They continued down bringing the slender figure of Ehsva’s mother holding a plate of freshly cooked eggs, toast and bacon. The smell of the drool caused Eshva to realize how hungry she was and her tummy let out a growl causing a smile to form on Jamie’s face.
“Still a favorite of Rose’s body I see.”
She paused at the mess of photo albums on the floor and went slightly pale. With a rush she set the plate down and rushed to the books closing them and putting them back in the toppled box.
“You shouldn’t be looking at other peoples stuff it’s rude”
“You have a tail don’t you.”
Jamie paused at Eshva’s comment.
“Had.”
Jamie bent down to pick of the plate of food, pulling up a chair Jamie started to cut up the eggs nicely on the toast. Eshva’s eyes watched as Jamie poked open the yoke first as she always did.
“What happened to it?”
“I cut it off for hopes of an exchange for something and to be normal. Now shush. You need food after the surgery I preformed on you last night.”
Jamie held a fork in front of Eshva’s mouth with toast and egg on it. Obediently she lent in and took the food off the fork and chewed a bit before asking another question.
“You know surgery?”
“Yes I was in school to be a surgeon.. but that was before I got married. I was rather good at it. That’s also none of your business. I don’t know why Dale insisted on keeping you here.”
Jamie shrugged and shoved another fork of food in front of Eshva.
“I don’t know why you keep asking such silly questions I’m sure you already know everything about Dale and I. You are after all a demon.”
“Mom! I’m not a demon!”
A swift back hand met with Eshva’s face and Jamie didn’t even bat an eye. Eshva’s face froze in shock.
“Don’t talk back its rude. You’re lucky I’m feeding you. Now shush.”
Another bit of food was offered in front of Eshva’s mouth. Eshva swallowed the remaining food that was in her mouth and accepted the next. Jamie kept time not allowing Eshva to get anymore words out without talking with a mouth full. If Eshva’s memory remembered correctly her mother wasn’t very forgiving on that particular offence. Jamie finished feeding Eshva and stood up and looked down at the girl.
“There you go. Now you’ll have to wait tell Dale gets home. He had to go to office to sort some company issues out. He should be home for super. Just stay there and don’t knock anything else down.”
She scolded. Eshva smiled. She sounds just like I remembered.. Eshva raised her eyes to her mothers and spoke.
“Thank you, for the food and I thank baby Jesus as well.”
Jamie froze and shot a look at Eshva.
“Don’t try pulling my strings again Eshva, I taught Rose and Sarah to say that when they were visiting others. It won’t work on me.”
A stern swift turn and her mother marched up the stairs with plate in hand and just before the feet left her sight her mother threw one last comment.
“You forgot Amen.”
"Amen."
Eshva smiled as the two feet left her sight and the sound of the door closing sounded afterwards.

Moments later Eshva curled into a little ball. She suddenly felt nauseous. Trying to bring her self to her knees to grab on to her sides but she just ended up toppling over on to her side. My mom removed my claws? She had a tail? The Room began to spin and a hot and cold spell feel over her. Maybe it was the eggs or even the effects of the surgery or just shock from the whole ordeal but whatever it was it was too much. What’s wrong with me? Eshva began to cough and she felt her stomach heave. The sickening splatter caused her to open her eyes to the mess on the floor. The nubs of her claws had sprung out and she tried to get away from the smell before passing out.
Just like any good wife Jamie stood in front of the kitchen washing the dishes. She glanced out the window with a frown. Rose is still in there… I know it. Why does Dale want her here… it bugs me when he doesn’t tell me things. Letting out a sigh Jamie placed a plate into the auto dryer. Changing her thoughts drift to further back. Her tail wasn’t very different from Eshva’s. Jamie held the lower part of her stomach and rubbed it gently like a pregnant woman would. I shouldn’t have under gone that process. A flash of hooded figure with green glowing eyes flashed before her. Jamie flinched at the memory. Will I ever have forgiveness for that night? When can I sleep a full night’s sleep? Jamie finished up with the dishes and walked to the living room and turned on her Soaps till Dale got home.
Dale sat in his office chair tapping a pencil impatiently. I need to get home. Worrying about the time spent between Eshva and his wife. He didn’t want her to get too attached to that demon after all she is the embodiment of both their sins. Any child of theirs would have the same curse. Dale tightened his jaw as he continued to surf the net. The Demon would need to be sent back to the hell it came from. He started to tap the pencil on his chin. Both of them. Maybe then Jamie can sleep again. She often woke up screaming and in a cold sweat. It pained him that all he could do was comfort her he had to do more. A few clicks of his mouse and the printer whirred to life again. Spitting out paper with the info Dale would need for Sunday. Collecting up the papers and stuffing them into his brief case he picked up the phone. It rang a few times. Dale had heard great things about this man and that he specialized in Demons. His own son in fact possessed as an evil creation as well. Dale had heard he was in town. Soon a voice replied.
“Hello?”
“Hello, is this Pastor Jayden Mathews?”
