Office Hours

Every Tuesday, 8:30-9:30pm CST, the Student Council hosts an informal weekly out-of-character supergroup meeting called "Office Hours". These meetings take place in the supergroup base and have the following focuses:

Promotions and probation. Students due for probation check-ins or promotion should come by to strut their uniform and chat with the Student Council about their character.
Grievances and petitions. This is your opportunity to sit down and talk to the Student Council directly, as a group, about any issues you might want addressed.
Meet and greet. This is a good time to come meet and hang out with the other players in our supergroup.
Launching point for other activities. When Office Hours is over at 9:30pm CST, join us for roleplay or gameplay activities! Most weeks, we'll be migrating to Bruno's Pizzaria (conveniently located in the Asphalt Angels base) to hang out in-character. This is a convenient opportunity for new characters to get introduced to the rest of the supergroup.

On some occasions, Office Hours may also be used for more formal discussion or announcements regarding supergroup issues. Such occasions will be announced in the SC Digest ahead of time so that interested parties can plan to attend.

Attending these meetings is OPTIONAL and is open to anyone in the SJS community. Unless you want or need to come to them, you do not have to. However, it is strongly recommended that you check in every now and again.

If you would like to meet with the Student Council but these hours are simply not doable for you, please contact a member of the Student Council and we will work to find a time when we can meet.
