Saint Joseph School

**This is an open thread. Feel free to hop right in! Although, let's keep in mind that there is no way ANY school will let a boy attend a slumber party. The State of Rhode Island would shut the school down, and we'd be going to new schools or juvie, depending on what happened. Regardless, I imagine a really good detention thread could get started based off of this, and maybe a few friendships made, mended, or broken! Let's have fun, guys!**

Kris made sure to get the word out, just as Annie asked. She had made flyers for the Women's Dorm, and a few for student frequented bulletin boards, as well. Annie wanted a good party, and Kris hoped she helped make it one! She could only imagine what would happen with things, if everyone from the Quads, as well as the transient dorms, showed up! Shaking her head, she smiled as she made her way back to Q5.

Once there, she packed some techno cd's, her teddy bear, and her Coffee Bean pj's. She grabbed her pillow, and a blanket, then decided to grab a flashlight, just in case. She would be leaving her glasses behind, tonight, so she went ahead, and put her contacts in. This was perhaps one of the most exciting things ever.

Looking to her bedstand, she smiled at some pictures she took from the HUD camera that Freedom Corps had intalled in her glasses. They were pictures from far happier days. Not that these weren't happy. It was just nat as happy as it had been before. But, it didn't matter. Soon She and Lucia would find the right girl to round the Quad out, and Q5 would be back in action!

But, tonight it was about Q1, and Annie! Kris was so glad she had made friends with the alien. Unknown to anyone, she had a copy of Paranormal Youth Magazine, where they had a brief interview with Annie, from over a year ago. Kris had known about this place, and had hoped to come here. It was funny how fate did that to people. She wondered if Lucky was going to come to the party, so she put a flyer on her roommate's bed. Looking around, she smirked, and put one on Stasi's bed too. Who could tell? Maybe Tara would surprise her and show!

I didnt know girls would still have slumber partys at this age...well except for Annie...she is different..she probably never experienced this before. But well... guess to see why u did it...mabey to show Annie some of the womens...well...hmm...customs on earth...well ok thats all iI wanted to say

A Slumber Party! Gawd I havent been to one of those since Junior High ! Kali is so excited as she goes through her dresser looking for what she should bring.
She grabs her bookbag dumping the contents onto her bed and stuffs a long satin night shirt and bed shorts inside. She also sticks in 2 teen magazines , (for the latest gossip of course), her hairbrush and toiletries , and last but not least a notebook with hearts butterflies and flowers and a certain well known boys name doodled all over the cover , and pen just incase they play any weird name games.
She lays the bookbag with her pillow and the comforter off her bed.
She pulls her hair back in a braid and is ready to head to Q1.
Turning to November , Kali asks cheerfully,
" Youre coming too arent you November? This is going to be so much fun ! You just have to come with! Just think of all the girls there you have yet to bless with your presence! and besides... there will be boobies !" Kali giggles and winks at November knowing she is use to Kalis weird sense of humor after rooming with her all this school year.

Annie looked at the list of girls that had confirmed that they were totally gonna be at her very first slumber party, and couldn’t help but squeel in happiness as she stood at her locker.

But it was then that se realized that Quad 1 wasn’t going to be big enough to hold as many people as she wanted to come. What if someone accidentally bumped one of Francis’s plants? Or knocked one of Cricket’s pictures off the wall? Annie didn’t want her friends to feel crowded in their own home!

Biting her lower lip, Annie thought about things for a moment. Boys wouldn’t be allowed, because that was against the Earth customs for a Slumber Party, so it would be unfair to move it to another building. Plus, Annie wasn’t sure if there WAS another building on the Saint Joes campus that would be suitable. Maybe one of the unused Quads? No, they were still being cleaned and renovated for the next school year. The Library? Annie had heard about some work being done there too, plus there was the problem of what would happen if a mess was made?

Annie suddenly felt a sharp pang of panic, her spots becoming a muted version of their usual magenta-pink. What was an extra-terrestrial girl supposed to do?

Mr. Conrads! Maybe he could help Annie find a good place to hold the party! Lifting herself up off the ground, Annie shot over the heads of the other students in the hallway, happiness still in both of her hearts, and hope springing eternal.

Simon read the flyer, and blinked. He had a sudden dbautta moment and blushed a little, before going off campus. A few hours later, he returned with a giftwraped box. The foil wrapper was prismatic, making colored sparkles all over the place in the afternoon sun. Stopping to fill out a to: card, he wrote Annie's name, and attached an explanation.

Annie,

I hope the slumber party is a success! Here's something to help things along! It's a fondue pot!!! I'm sure one of the other girls can explain how it works, and what to do to use it. Enjoy it, and know that even a male friend can contribute to feminine fun!

Annie poked her head into David Conrads' office, her pigtails bouncing around a bit as she looked around to see if the student counciler was in.

"Mr. Conrads, Hello? Are you here? It's me, Annie!"
