Saint Joseph School

**Okay. this is generally open, though the primary figures of the thread are Kris and Arrow Wraith. So, feel free to butt in, or whatever.**

Kris finished the week's assignments for civics. Most of the other students were still taking their time with classwork, so she took the time to look to her left, and admire Tony, hard at work. His dark features were so intent on what he had in his sight. She blushed, remembering how she had been so forward to tell him he no longer had crushes to worry about being in competition with, and how she was just dedicated to him, now. It was such a shame he was still doing detention, after hours for the Biffcicle Incident, but it showed he was dedicated to serving his time.

The only draw back, however, was that they never saw each other, except for in Civics, or inbetween classes. He rubbed his eyes, and stretched, then lowered his arms. As he did so, Kris reached her hand out and took his in hers. Her hand grabbing his made him jump a little, and turn to see what was up. Kris smiled broadly, her green eyes twinkling in the uv blue-white light of the room.

Tony gently squeezed Kris's hand and smiled back at her. Looking over to make sure the teacher wasn't watching he pickied up his pen and turned to a blank page in his notebook. He ran the pen swiftly across the page from different angles, his hand a blur. Tony put the pen down and quickly folded the paper and passed it to Kris, with a smile that was almost shy....

Kris smiled conspiratorially, as she took the paper. She set the thing in one of her books, and opened the book, just in time for Cap'n Jack to look their way. He seemed to watch for a few moments, before going back to writing on the chalk board. A few sentences into his writing, Kris opened the paper and smiled.

What the paper says:I knew not light until your eyes, I knew not song until your voice, I knew not touch until your lips...What wonders will you bring next? I wait....

A touched look crossed Kris' face, and she looked to Tony and smiled. Folding the note back, she put it away, and closed the book.

"You are way too sweet," she whispered. "I love that about you!'

Tony saw from the look on her face that she liked the little poem he had jotted down. Kris smiled at him,"You are way too sweet," she whispered. "I love that about you!". He wanted to make her happy more than almost anything else in the world, but he knew that only time would be able to tell if he was the man he wanted to be for her. He looked into her eyes and grinned, about to speak he stopped, his archers eye spotting Cap'n Jack about to turn once again...He would just have to wait til after class...
