((I figure this would be a good place to transition the scene that had developed after a Pookie incident, as well as serve as a platform for the girls of Quad 1 to get their own stories out to the masses. Want to come in? Knock on the door and see who's around

))
Currently roomed in Quad 1:
Francis Cross,
Thunder Cricket,
Annie Dromida, and
Tawney Daniels (currently on a leave of absence)

Kris O'Sullivan wrote:"That has to be both the most encouraging, and most beautiful thing I've heard in quite some time, Annie! Thank you," Kris responded, wiping a little water from her eyes, smiling.
Annie softly smiled back at Kris. She was glad to be able to help out around the school, especially with all the time she had spent away. And with the recent rumors, Kris had been one of those humans that had stood up for her.
"Now please, drink the soda! Both of you! It's been, like, far too long since I got to just, uhm, "Hang Out" with friends! I want to hear about
Everything!"

"well, I spoke with Kali, the other night. She and I are really becoming much better friends than I had expected. We have so many similarities, she and I," Kris said, before looking to the other two.

Peeks her little head partly around the door frame so just her eyes and top of her head show

Annie gave a bright smile as she saw Merin poke her head into the door to the Quad 1 common room.
"Hi Merin, come in! We're just having some snacks and talking, but Pookie's in my bedroom. He's having a bit of a nap, though, so play gentle, but I know he's always happy to see you!"
Turning back to Kris, Annie took another cooke and dipped it into some salsa.
"I'm so glad to hear that, but what have you heard about her and Jaygo? I still don't quite understand what happened."

"Well," she said, taking a small breath. "They had a disagreement. No. Something came up, and Jaygo insists he was the guilty party. So, she broke it off with him. I really have no clue what else to say, except I felt horrible to hear it, and the thought that my own actions and hysterics over Lycia may have been the catalyst only makes me feel more guilty. Eventhough Kali asked me to not feel guilty over it. She's such a kind and beautiful soul. You know?"

"It had nothing to do with you at all Kris, trust me on this..I know"Cricket said before looking away for a moment and mumbling,"She deserved better..."

As usual, when it came to the details of human relationships, Annie seemed confused.
"It's so strange... I keep hearing things both good and bad about Jaygo. He always seems to get into arguments with humans, but he's, like, never raised his voice to me. He even gave me my first Earth present."

"Well, sometimes people make mistakes. Other times," she glanced at Cricket, and tried to put it diplomatically, "they just are careless, no matter how much they think they care. It's a maturity thing, I guess. We all develope so differently from one another."

claps excitedly and skips down to Annie's room and cuddles up with the Pookie happily and falls asleep petting it

Cricket smiles abit as she watches Merin skip by and then turns back to the others, "I really don't like talking badly about Jaygo...we were close before...but....he's got some issues to work out that color everything he does and until he fixes them, he'll never be happy. Add that to the normal guyness and boom drama galore! I understand him somewhat better than most....even if he is too busy to talk to me anymore, at least I know why." Cricket upends her soda into her mouth and smiles, " Anyways, Kris, I know you're dating Arrow...how did that happen? I mean it's like you walked into school and the next day you had a man! "

"yeah," Kris nodded agreement. "Jaygo is a pretty decent guy. He just needs to know it's okay to be himself, and drop his walls."
The mention od Arrow Wraith made Kris blush. Not so much with embarassment, as much as it was her pride in him, and the way he swashbuckled around in her life.
"He was this sweet, swashbuckling hero. He was a gentleman, and constantly jumped to defend me, even when I didn't need it. He's cute. and finally, after two or three days of him asking me out and both Lycia and Stasis pushing me, I relented. I didn't regret it, either. Never had a reason to, and don't think I ever will," Kris bragged, but trailed off before blushing again. "I know it's foolish and silly, but I hope he is the one. I hope I never have to have a boyfriend again!"

"You know," Annie said as she ran to a minifridge to get more sodas (this time an assortment of different flavors), "I've never had a, uhm, Boyfriend. I mean, like, I've met some cute boys while I was at other schools, and I have SO many friends here at Saint Joes, but I've never been anywhere long enough to have a 'boyfriend'. Is that weird?"
Also in Annie's hands are cocktail shrimp and peanut butter.

"I don't think so, Annie," Kris replied thoughtfully. "You're so busy, that usually people don't want to seem like they might try to slow you down. I knew some kids like that at George Washington High. Nothing to worry about."

*Nearly steps on Merin as she stumbles through the door trying not to squash anyone*
*She pauses to take the ear buds out of her ears*
"Huh? Ooops, sorry guys...didn't mean to interrupt."
