I think we need a famous student dedication. You know, like a student who died during the fighting at that has a plaque or a small statue somewhere on school grounds....oooh...or maybe even a memorial tree.

I submit that the student Jeremy Wingra a.k.a. "Wingman" for our student memorial. Jeremy was a St. Joe's student who, instead of taking cover during the fighting, went out to save another student who was about to be trampled. Due to Jeremy's ability to fly (Go Flyers!!!) he was able to lift the student to safety but was tragically shot down by enemies in the streets. Therefore we honor Jeremy's memory with the Wingra Tree to remind us that even after the terror of invasion and hard times, life continues.

hell might as well say that due to his act of bravery the school's mascot was changed to the flyers.. as a way for others to recognise and remember his heroism

Again, SJS was founded back in the 20s... but maybe this event motivated Father Bob's involvement anyway... ooo! Maybe he moved a bunch of the students "underground" during the war. You know, students who had no home to go back to or something.

I like that... maybe the school was founded in the 20s but it was the influx of war orphans that made the school large enough to become a whell know aspect of paragon city.
