*laughs* "Now are you just gonna make us run, coach, or are you coming along too? If you're just gonna sit there, I bet Arly's got a twinkie or something for you."
Brandon grins and steps up the pace slightly while the others laugh...no reason for slacking off, even if it's just a fun game.

Anna smirked as she began to run, starting off behind her teammates. She picked up speed quickly, catching up to Brandon. As she pulled up next to him, she elbowed him in the ribs, grinning.
"I just wanted to make sure all you guys got started before I did. I need to make sure you aren't slacking off and all that; I know how lazy you can get..."

"Actually I think I only have marshmallow peeps and cupcakes at the moment. I'll bring a twinkie tommorow?"
Lina giggled, matching pace with Brandon and Anna
"And what do you mean lazy? Brandon and me are the only two here who didn't come walking in looking like they hadn't crawled out of bed yet" Lina grinned and continues to run

Anna chuckled as they finished another lap around the gym. "Well, hey, I never claimed to be a morning person. You 'n' Bran look kinda nuts for being so awake this early on a Saturday anyway..."

"Well duh, its a Saturday." Lina grinned.
"The one day of the week where I have the entire day to myself. Why sleep in when I could be out taking a walk in the morning air and seeing the sunrise, or taking a run around campus?"

Mal was at least ten yards behind everyone. He had *never* been a fast runner, and this was no exception. He wasn't giving any signs that he was tired or winded, but his pace was still that of a Galapagos Tortise.
