It is my understanding that my son Jayden Mathews is currently residing and attending your school. He is not there with our permission as his legal guardians. We request that you turn him over to the PPD so he may be returned to us safely. Your cooperation in this matter is appreciated and we hope to see our son soon.
Pastor Jayden Mathews Jr.
"Can he do this?" the office secratary asks the headmaster, his brow furrowed he replies "yes and legally we can't keep him here."

Jayden hapilly bounced down the hallway toward the library where he was meeting Eshy. He hadn't seen Eshy much since Cro and her seemed to become joined at the hip, which didn't bother Jayden much since he had wanted this to happen. Launching himself through the doors to the library he made his way to Eshva who was sitting in what Sister Moltar now refered to as "Jayden's Nook" since he was spending all his time planted there reading. Excitedly waging hit tail, Jayden dove into the chair next to Eshva and squeeled his "hullo!".
Eshva turned jumping slightly as he almost slid into her to the blue skinned back haired boy as he grinned excitedly at her. She smiled back at him The place was littered with books stacked high some of it very advanced reading.
“Hullo!” He squealed at her
She couldn’t help it but the smile on her face grew and a happy giggle escaped her mouth. She lent in to give him a hug. She’d missed taking him to church that Sunday due to that run in with her parents. Eshva still hadn’t fully understood all the information and what had happened settle in. All of that worry was washed away by his excitement to see her. He’s soo cute, I’m so glad I met him.
“Hey Jayden, Sorry I missed Sunday I got tied up a bit. It looks like you’ve been busy reading! Tell me what you’ve been up to.”
She lent forward a bit and waited for him to start talking.

Dearest Heavenly Father;
I know your awfully busy right now,
But all I ask is for one small thing now,
Please Heavenly Father,
Please take care of my friends at this time.

Jayden excitedly started to rattle off things that he had read and learned since he came to school. He didn't often get someone who would listen to how exciting math and science was to him. Jayden opened a book and started to explain what he was reading now.
"I just started reading about Ptolemy's theorem," Jayden explained hurriedly, not wanting to lose eshy's intrest to soon. "He said sin(A + B) = sin(A)cos(B) + cos(A)sin(B) and also sin(A - B) = sin(A)cos(B) - cos(A)sin(B)!" Eshy looked at Jayden and politely smiled and nodded while he continued. Jayden had by this point drawn a circle on a piece of paper putting in what looked like a rectangle labeling the sides A, B, C and D....
Eshva started to yawn Jayden had been babbling on for ten minutes and she didn't think he stoped to breath once. Hearing the library door open she looked up to see if it was a possible savior...
The Headmaster opened the library door and saw Jayden inside a fort of books. Walking over to where he and Eshva sat the Headmaster spoke quietly, "Jayden I need you to come with me."
Staring up worriedly Jayden asked "Did i do something bad?" The Headmaster shook his head and replied "No Jayden you didn't do anything bad, but I need you to come with me. You're parrents want you to come home."

Eshva's jaw droped. Jayden had only hinted at what they had done to him.
They can't possibly allow this? Is he being pulled from the school entirely?
Worried eyes drifted over to the blue skined boy behind his books to see his reaction.

Jayden blinked a few times like he didn't understand what was going on. Sliding out of his chair he started to walk out of the library with the Headmaster. Stopping suddenly Jayden asked, "Can Eshy come with us?" To which the Headmaster nodded his approval.
They walked to the front door of the building where 2 PPD officers waited with a car. The two officers approached Jayden and indicated that he should come with them. Turning his back the Headmaster walked back into the building saying nothing, because there was nothing he could do.
Jayden looked up a Eshva in horror like it just dawned on him what was happening. Suddenly flashing back into the boy he was when he first arrived, Jayden whispered "D...Don't let them take me." The short boy wrapped his arms around Eshva's knees shivering like he had fallen into a frozen lake. Eshva held him tight and stared defiantly at the approaching police officers.
The 2 officers approached Jayden and one of them laying a hand on his shoulder said, "It's time to go son."
Griping Eshy tighter Jayden whispered "No..." The two officers looked at each other and both grabbed Jayden prying his hands off Eshva. There was now a crowd of students watching what was going on, but Jayden only looked at Eshy as the police carried him to the car.
Eshva bolted ahead of them blocking the car door, she yelled, "you can't take him back there! You don't know what they do to him." The end of it sounding more like a strong plea with her arm spread wide blocking the two PPD officers. One officer let go of Jayden unbuttoning his pistol sternly.
"Ms. please step away from the car or I will be forced to file obstruction charges."
Eshva starting to cry profusely managed only a whispered, "You can't take him back." as the officer pushed her away from the vehicle. Eshva fell to her knees holding her self, her eyes darted around for some kind of solution.
Jayden started to struggle and he erupted into a fit of crying screaming "Eshy! Eshy! you promised..." flailing his arms toward her he yelled "you promised no more beatings." The PPD officers opened the back door of the car and were trying to stuff Jayden in "YOU PROMISED ESHY, YOU PROMISED!" Finally getting Jayden in the car, he launched himself at the back window putting his small hand on the glass crying for his friend to help. The police car drove off and Jayden's hand remained on the window long past the point he could no longer see the school.
The crowd in front of the school had increased and now were all talking in hushed whispers. Jayden was out of sight but you could still hear the echo of him screaming "you promised."

The sound of Jayden's voice echoed in her head as Eshy held her arms around herself. The Car was just out of sight, Eshva wiped her eyes, Don’t lose him. She was off a thurst off her right leg she gave chase to the PPD Car.
It didn’t take long for her to catch up to the white and black car. She could see Jayden’s hand pressed up against the back window. Eshva wanted to land on the car and rip him out of there, but that wasn’t an option. She needed another way to save Jayden that wouldn’t get the PPD on her. For now she just needed keep him in her sights. Leap after leap she followed the car racking her mind for a solution. She didn’t know a thing about custody and how it works but she was gonna find out. Eshva watched the PPD pulled into a parking lot of a motel near by the airport. Eshva landed on a near by building and watched.
The motel was a two story one in fairly okay condition. New paint covered graffiti on the side of the blue building and flower pots hung neatly along the walk way. Eshva’s eyes watched the two officers get out of the car. The man exiting on the right of the car had removed his blue hat exposing his graying brown hair and he stood with a strong build. The other PPD officer was shorter and much younger looking in appearance. Both walked with a great posture towards the back of the car. The younger one opened the door. Voices were mumbled from what Eshva could hear. Assuming the younger officer was telling Jayden to get out of the car and come with them. Jayden remained pined to the back window. Shortly the younger officer was crawling into the back seat to pull him out. Eshva flinched at the screams that escaped from Jayden’s mouth as he protested against. With flailing limbs Jayden was dragged out of the car. The older officer frowned as the younger officer said something to him. Jayden’s head turned and looked directly at Eshy up on the rooftop. He seemed to freeze for a moment starting up at the roof the PPD looked up and Eshva ducked down so the PPD couldn’t see her. She waited a few moments before popping her head up to check to see if they had looked away. Jayden was still staring at the direction of the roof as he was being dragged towards one of the motel rooms. The older officer knocked on the one of the door. Eshva focused on the room number just as the door opened. A man stood in the door way but She couldn’t see his face. He invited the two officers in as Jayden froze more so in fear the man took his hand and Jayden’s stare remained on Eshy as he was dragged into the house the door closed cutting off the eye contact.
Eshva dropped from the roof top landing quietly. Looking arround she bolted to the motel reception. Were she met gaze with an over weight elder woman with a cigarette in her mouth.
“Miss? Can I get room 5 or 3 and I’ll pay you extra for a computer in it with the internet?”
The woman shuffled under a drawer for a bit and tossed Eshva a set of keys.
“You’ll get the bill in the morning.”
She hissed, as Eshva grabbed the keys and ran up to her room. She opened and closed the door, turned on the computer in the room and got ready to settle in for the night as she waited for the computer to load up.

Jayden sat on a bed while the 2 PPD cops spoke to his father, but Jayden wasn't paying them any attention. He was still trying to figure out what it was he had felt outside. It was comforting like a warm blanket that covered him and gave him hope that things would be ok. It felt like her hugs he finally thought to himself. He started to feel guilty. She couldn't have stoped them and he must have made her feel really bad. He knew what was going to happen after the PPD cops left and decided that he deserved it for making her hurt. He would hurt tonight anyway, so he would do it for her. His own little repentance for hurting someone he loved.
Looking up at what he realized was the lock to the door and the PPD leaving, Jayden watched his father peek out the window till he made sure the cops were gone. Turning the man looked at his son. "You've been an evil litttle demon haven't you?" It was more of a statement of fact rather then a question. "You know what we have to do to get rid of evil don't you?" Jayden knew and like he had countless times before, he undressed himself. Standing naked infront of the wall mirror so he could "see his shame" Jayden recited lines from the bible as he always did, as his father wanted one per stroke. Jayden eyed the leather bound cane that had caressed his flesh so many times and he thought about Eshy. "This is for making you hurt." he thought to himself.
His fathers hand drew back and Jayden recited his first line.
“Suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.”
Jayden's eyes watered. The first few were always the hardest. He struggled to keep his balance. His father waited patiently for him to regain his composure.
“Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid...for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.”
The room spun and Jayden realized he was on the floor. He was doing these for her he couldn't let her down by falling so soon. Standing up he got back in his position.
“Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
Jayden closed his eyes, his tears now flowing freely now. He wouldn't scream out he'd hold it in this time.
"For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.”
Sweat ran into Jaydens eyes as well as into the fresh openings on his back, Burning and stinging. dizziness crept in and he felt like he was going to vomit.
“My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me."
Jaydens knees gave out. He felt the familiar warm tickle of warm blood trickling down his back. He got back up and thought to himself, "for eshy".

The glow of laptop lit up Eshva's face and a good part of the grummy motel room. The room seemed to be frozed in time except for Her red eyes darting side to side taking in the info off of the websites. She bit her lip and flinched as a strange sound came threw the wall. Eshva closed her eyes. Thats the last one Jayden I promise... I'll figure somethign out. She really didn't know what was going on next door. She could only guess. Focusing back on the information on the screen Eshva squeezed a little harder on the mouse. Moments later her face was in her hands with fustration.
All of these take too long! Waiting time? investagation? All before the child is taken away..
Leaning back Eshva looked up at the bad stucco job racking her mind for a solution. Hours passed and the room became alive with the light of the new day. Turning her head Eshva seemed to look to the beams of light for an solution. Studing the little boxes of light they gave the girl an idea. A smile formed on her face as she sat up. She strod to the otherside of the room and pressed an ear to the wall. Still asleep.. good. Checking her comm she removed the ear piece, turned the mic off, and tucked it away on her back out of sight. Eshva put on her gloves and boots and headed back to the laptop. Closing the laptop and hiding it Eshva let out a sigh. I hope this doesn't backfire. She studied the room making sure anything of value wasn't in sight. She exited the room and headed to the reception area to make a few arrangments to keep the room for a few more days. Eshva hoped it wouldn't be a few days.. but its better then the possible weeks or months the investagtions could take. A quick jump and she was at the door where Jayden was being kept.
Butterflies swirled arround in her gut as she knocked on the door. It happens when you're about to make up a plan as it goes. Eshva ducked just below peep hole lvl so that he would be forced open the door. Sounds of unlocking could be heard on the other side of the door. Ready.... For Jayden! The door swung open and Eshva blindly tackled the man sending them both into the wall. Eshva took a step back, readied her claws and looked down at the winded man as he attempted to stand up. Her eyes went wide as she noticed he was wearing priest clothing. Oh shit! I got the wrong room!!
" Forgive me father! I think I got the wrong room! I didn't mean to harm you."
Eshva's head turned suddenly and her eyes fell to an oddly marked box as a little sleepy voice came from it.
"Eshy?"
Nooo.. Disbelief gripped her Jaydens dad was A priest! Eshva froze as a conflict in her mind took over. The pastor took no time to counter attack the stunned demon girl.
"You've been a really evil little demon haven't you Jayden. You've made a demon friend."
He took a swing with an leather bound cane striking the girl in the face. Totally unprepared for the blow Eshva fell back landing beside the Box that Jayden was in. The blow, even though she didn't feel it caused her red eyes to water. Her mind was on making sure Jayden was okay.
"Eshy!!! Eshy!! You okay?"
"I'm fine... you?"
"Now I am"
The pastor charged the girl again taking another swing with the leather cane. Eshva rolled out of the way. The Pastor was between her and Jayden. Eshva growled at him.
"Jayden is not a Demon! Nor am I."
The Pastor raised an eyebrow to the girls statement and the growl in her voice. It was as if he took a moment to compare the two demons in his mind. He turned lowered himself to the box and pulled out Jayden by his throat. Choking Jayden kicked and failed trying to get free. Eshva shot up her eyes shifted to yellow as her claws sprang out.
"PUT HIM DOWN!!"
The pastor smirked. He was in control of the situation now.
"Get in the box or I will choke this demon til he is dead."
Eshva growled in responce. Jaydens struggling body and tear stained eyes tugged at her to make a move. The pastor kicked the box towards her and she heard jayden gag a little harder as he tightened his grip. Eshva slumped finally as her claws retracted. She steped inside and curled up as best she could. The pastor slamed the lid shut forcing Eshva into a rather unconfortable postion as everything went black. She heard Jayden hit the floor and some footsteps. Eshva moved her hands about her stomach. I better get this right the frist time... With her fists pressed against her stomatch she forced her claws right threw her midsection. Eshva coughed a little with a winch. On her comm green light turned on the GPS was activated, followed by a flashing amber light. she retracted her claws. The green light faded but the amber light remained. Crap....
