Wow...I can't believe it's been just over 2 years since I first brought Jessica to the halls of this school. At first I wasn't going to update anything, but decided a farewell update might be in order.
Jessica's last year at St. Joe's has been a very eventful one. Her friendship with Alex Dutchman ...

Re: On the edge of forever...
"So, any news yet?"
Jessica looked up from her plate, glaring at the ceiling and chewing furiously. Once she had managed to swallow the piece of chicken and take a quick drink to wash it down, she looked back across the table. Her dad was smiling as if he had done something mischievous and new he ...

( okay, maybe I'm way out to lunch here, but Sister Moltar's got the hots for a student, possibly the bully of the piece? uh....she's a nun? she's married to God? Salvation I could buy with the drinking and the smoking, but not Moltar. maybe I misunderstood though.)

Re: On the edge of forever...
Five words.
We.
Implying more than the one person who actually took the time to write the letter that was now in my hands. The edges were slightly crumpled, and each word my eyes passed over caused the creases to increase in number.
Regret.
Yes. Because they are absolutely sorry. Sorry they ...

http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x191/Soyra_11/butterflies.jpg The view here’s beautiful. I remember the first time I HAD to come up here; it helps being able to fly away when you get in over your head. Yeah, Dad was there, and yeah, I was HIS back-up…but he had things handled. He told me to go ...

Re: On the edge of forever...
Jessica slammed the door behind her, causing the girl in the room to jump and look up. Her face was streaked with tears, her cheeks a bright purple color from the blood rushing to her face, and her eyes were bloodshot. She looked at the other girl in the room and started sobbing harder, jumping on ...

Re: Flyers Vs. Paladins, October 17, 2008
Jessica [St. Peter!] was on her feet, screaming and waving back at Dar after his play, her face plastered with a wide smile.
As the minutes ticked off the clock, she stayed on her feet, the foul weather not doing much to damper her high spirits, until the game finally ended.
"AH!! Sam didn't kick ...

Re: Flyers Vs. Paladins, October 17, 2008
Jessica was sitting on the bench as the teams left the field for half-time, her mouth turned down in a scowl at the weather. It was one thing when she could make it rain, or even make it NOT rain...
I feel so...naked...
She blinked her eyes and rubbed her face, trying to get the excess water off ...

Re: Homecoming: SJS vs. Jaynestown Hawks - 10/03/08
Jessiy jumped up, screaming as the Hawk's quarterback went down under the weight of Damien, Diyar, AND Dar. The horn blared, whistles blew, and the entire stadium had erupted in cheering.
Jessiy tried catching a glimpse of Dar, waving wildly at him.
"YA!!!! GO FLYERS!!!"

Re: Homecoming: SJS vs. Jaynestown Hawks - 10/03/08
Jessiy nudged Alex to get Joni standing up as Sam marched onto the field.
"C'mon Sam!!! Kick it like a girl!!"
There was laughter around her, and Sam turned, waving to the stands. The teams lined up, and the crowd started getting quiet until the ball was tossed back. Sam wound up, kicked it...and ...

Re: Homecoming: SJS vs. Jaynestown Hawks - 10/03/08
Jessiy was on her feet, clapping and screaming as loud as she could as the team took the field. Sure, being on the homecoming court was as good a reason as any to actually GO to the game, but there were other reasons for going to a football game.

Re: Campaigning
Jess looked up from her thoughts to Joni, smiling.
"Posters? Heh...I'd love the help. Thanks..." They kept walking out of the classroom, Jessica pulling her notepad back out of her backpack.
"I was thinking something like this, and I thought maybe a cool picture of me, like in my hero gear...you ...

Re: Campaigning
Jess barely heard Mal, and didn't turn around to acknowledge him until she was almost at the door of her next class...which was about 2 left turns and a couple hundred feet away.
"Oh, thanks...Mal...crap..."
Well that's one way not to win...
She sat in class, doodling on her papers, answering ...

Re: Campaigning
Jessiy passed by Bryan's desks in the hall. A small group of students had formed a line, and she caught a glimpse of a button on one happy girl's pale white face, her black eyes seeming to glitter with excitement. Jess sighed; she had no clue about this campaigning stuff.
