Right,

So, a lot of schools these days have a "School Resource Officer," a local law enforcement representative who is trained to deal with children, the DARE program, etc. With Superadine on the rise, it wouldn't surprise me to find an officer like that at St. Joe's!

Any feedback on this?

Well... Maybe that is part of why Cap'n Jack is a teacher of Civics at St. Joe's... He's listed in the NPC section.
