If you go to "Admin Panel" -> "Styles", you should be able to install "subsilver2". Should be a simple one-click. Could you consider installing it? I find it much easier to use that skin than this one. And once it's installed, users can go into their "User Control Panel" to select it if they want it instead of this one. :)

I like the new forums/subforums organization, btw.

Okay, people can now choose between subsilver and prosilver in their user control panel.

I liked the old skin better... its hard to find stuff now! But, I'll get used to it.
